The Opportunity

Travelnest Limited (“the Company” or “Travelnest”) is an online vacation rental property management platform providing owners with dynamic listing, booking and payment solutions aimed at maximising occupancy rates and revenue returns.

Mission: to build the leading end-to-end operating system, with world-class digital capabilities, for small-scale vacation rental hosts as the market moves online.

  • Travelnest’s solution provides hosts with a single point of access to optimise listing of properties on more than 30 online holiday rental platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and TripAdvisor.
  • In excess of 7,000 customers listing more than 10,000 properties via the platform.
  • Investment to date of £25m from investors including Pentech Ventures, Mangrove Capital Partners, Frontline Ventures and Scottish Venture Fund, as well as multiple former high-ranking employees of TravelTech unicorn Skyscanner. Growthdeck originally invested in 2022.

The Fundraise
  • £4m (£53.9m pre-money valuation) with £3m pledged.
  • £200,000 opportunity for Growthdeck investors (0.28% stake after proposed Series B round).
  • Exit targeted in 2029 at £500m valuation.
  • EIS-qualifying.
